Listing accuracy
Titles, images and specifications must describe the item actually shipped. Misleading listings are removed and repeat breaches end the seller agreement.
Dispatch times
Orders must be dispatched within the stated handling window. Persistent late dispatch reduces tier standing.
Pricing
Prices include all mandatory fees. Artificially inflated original prices used to exaggerate discounts are not permitted.
